I founded Madison Braids with my husband Maxx to help busy women add an extra dose of oomph to their hairstyle, to crush the “I woke up like this” look, and save precious minutes every day so they can spend more time on themselves! When I founded the brand in 2017, I was a stay-at-home mom with 3 little rascals under the age of 5. So you can probably imagine how hectic it was at home. I loved experimenting with hairstyles, although I had next to no time to pursue my passion because I had my hands full. I really needed an affordable and easy-to-use hair product, but I was fed up with the terrible quality and bad hair-color matching of synthetic hair brands. The steep prices of the premium synthetic products didn’t help much either.

My initial goal was to resign from a lifetime of messy buns and also to help busy women stay on top of their schedules while feeling confident and happy with their appearance. Helping them sport a FASCINATING look in minutes rather than hours… My other goal was to give back to the community. To create a US-based product and contribute to society by opening more workplaces. On top of that, during the pandemic, also to help donate thousands of medical-grade masks to healthcare workers so they can keep us protected. It is crucial for me that every. Single.
