We have a 30 day "Love It Or Leave It" policy. If you aren't fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your braid you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any issues.
Please keep in mind that all of our braids are handmade and individually unique therefore no two braids will look the same. Slight variations should be expected. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us: email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped out from Columbus, Ohio. Orders can take 3-5 business days to deliver depending on your location. Occasionally an item could go on back order, if this happens you will be notified via email of any delays.
Currently we offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany & France.
International shipping rates range from $9.95 - $15.95 & can take 5-20 days to arrive.
