Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges please make sure to review our return and exchange policies below. Please note: we do not accept returns on items due to normal wear and tear. All returns are for store credit only.
**COVID-19 Shipping update: we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please use your tracking information to contact the shipping carrier if your items are taking an excessive amount of time to arrive. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to shipping delays.
How to initiate a return or an exchange:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery with your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under, and an explanation of why you wish to return or exchange your item(s).
- We offer store credit in the form of an e-gift card if the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock.
- Email must include a photo of the damaged or defective items.
- Ship items back within 7 days of delivery using the label we provide.
- Please allow 7-15 business days after receiving your return to process.
Refunds (if applicable)
All returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days. The return shipping fee of is just the cost of the label and will automatically be deducted from your refund. Please note, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days & orders are shipped out from our fulfillment center in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Due to the current global crisis, we are experiencing slight delays by 7-10 days. Occasionally items may go on backorder, if this happens you will be notified via email.
International shipping can take up to 12-30 business days depending up the location.
Currently we offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Denmark, Japan, Israel, Austria and The Netherlands.
Please note all orders are shipped from Ft. Lauderdale Florida Madison Braids is not responsible for customs/duty charges. Please double check with your local post office before ordering.
