We have a 60 day "Love It Or Leave It" policy. If you aren't fully satisfied within 60 days since your purchase date you may be eligible for a FREE refund, exchange or store credit. We will issue a FREE return shipping label. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any issues.

Refunds (if applicable)
All returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days. The return shipping fee of is just the cost of the label and will automatically be deducted from your refund. Please note, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Our standard processing time is 1 business day. All items are shipped out from Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Domestic orders can take 3-5 business days to deliver depending on your location. International shipping can take up to 12-30 business days depending up the location.
Currently we offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Denmark, Japan, Israel, Austria and The Netherlands.
